Beetroot Ice Cream

Ingredients
1 banana, chopped and frozen
A handful of frozen raspberries
1 teaspoon beetroot powder
2 teaspoons of coconut cream (not melted)
A few raspberries and desiccated coconut for decoration

Method
Put the banana, raspberries, beetroot powder and coconut cream into a jug. Blend, using a hand blender, until it is completely smooth. The banana will be hard so you will have to push the blender down whilst it is on.
Spoon the ice cream into a bowl and top with a few raspberries and desiccated coconut.
